Information We Collect

Personal Information

When you register for our waitlist or create an account, we may collect:

• Name and email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Location and shipping addresses
• Payment information (processed securely via Stripe/Paystack)
• Profile preferences and role (customer, tailor/designer)

Body Measurement Data

Our AI-powered measurement system collects:

• Photos submitted for body measurement extraction
• Height and weight information you provide
• AI-generated body measurements (80+ data points)

Important: Photos are processed by our AI partner (3DLOOK) solely to extract measurements. Photos are not stored permanently and are deleted after processing unless you explicitly save them to your profile.

AI Provider Keys You Choose to Store

If you choose to connect your own Anthropic or Google Gemini API key so the design copilot runs on your account, we store that key encrypted and use it only to make the AI requests you ask for. This is entirely optional — if you do not add a key, the copilot runs on IYANGA's own account.

• We never display your key again after you save it — only the last 4 characters
• We cannot retrieve it, even for you; it can only be replaced or removed
• It is never written to our logs or audit records
• You can remove it at any time from Account → AI keys
• Deleting your account deletes any stored key automatically

You can also revoke the key directly with Anthropic or Google at any time, which stops it working everywhere — including here.

Automatically Collected Information

• Device information (browser type, operating system)
• IP address and general location
• Usage data and analytics
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain our services
• Process your body measurements for perfect-fit clothing
• Connect you with vetted tailors and designers
• Process transactions and send order updates
• Send you marketing communications (with your consent)
• Improve our AI algorithms and user experience
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

How We Share Your Information

We may share your information with:

• Tailors and Designers: Your measurements and order details are shared with the tailors you choose to work with
• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate our platform (payment processors, email services, AI measurement partners)
• Field Representatives: If an IYANGA field representative referred you — you used their referral code or arrived on their link — they can see your name, email address and phone number, along with how far you have got in joining, so they can help you through it. They see only the people they referred, and nothing about your orders, measurements or payments. This applies to people referred from 10 August 2026 onwards; anyone who joined before that is shown to their representative by name only. Email privacy@iyangafashion.com if you would rather your representative could not see your contact details.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
